James Pendleton
The Brief
James Pendleton is a large estate agency that needed a single website that could handle all of its agencies, be integrated to its property management database and ensure it engages the user on all possible devices that are connected to the internet.
The Solution
Space Galleon understood that there were two challenges for this project. The first was to ensure the site was at the forefront of what is possible in web technology, while the second was to ensure it was possible to showcase this on all devices.
The website was to be linked to the property management database, but it was found that it could not provide all the data required to ensure the site looked consistent, from the news section to the property pages.
Space Galleon provided a CMS that allows James Pendleton full control over the entire website without the need of a developer. In turn, the CMS would overcome the shortcomings of the property management database by processing the materials via the CMS before display on the site, and to ensure it is kept to a real-time basis.
Space Galleon was actively involved in working with James Pendleton and the property management company to ensure the end result worked well and consistent through all possible web-enabled devices.
The site has since gone on to win the Bronze Award in Website of the Year at the Zoopla Negotiator Awards.
