Groundwork was founded in 2020 at the height of the Covid 19 Pandemic, when stay-at-home orders left the clients of founder Ryan Hutchins scrambling to produce high volumes of content with simple and nimble productions.
Recognising a shift in the way video content was produced and distributed, Groundwork was created as a full-service video production company specialising in high volume content production that caters to the latest social trends.


Groundwork’s team includes skilled content shooters, editors, designers and animators, working closely together to create stand-out assets that reflect the style guidelines and brand values of each and every client.

HIGHLIGHTS
Ryan Hutchins is an American creative producer based in London. He studied film at Hofstra University in New York before beginning his freelance career in Los Angeles at 21.
There, Ryan spent nearly 10 years producing a variety of video campaigns including projects with Atlantic Records, Adidas, Invisalign, Sony Music and dozens more.
His work garnered more than 100 million views around the world and won high praise from the likes of Time Magazine & Teen Vogue.
In 2020, Ryan founded Groundwork and expanded his business to London and the rest of Europe. Groundwork services hundreds of clients, from small businesses to international corporations, utilising social media to build hype and brand awareness.
